Extreme Makeover Santa Clarita

Beauty is a complicated concept to understand. Cherie Brazeal is a superb example of what it took to achieve only a fraction of this concept-- outer beauty. What helped us the Extreme Makeover Santa Clarita team) was Cherie's inner beauty. Cherie's enthusiasm and positive energy, along with the efforts of our extremely dedicated team, created this success story.
As a board certified plastic surgeon, I was in charge of Cherie's facial and neck improvement. My office staff and I realized that her facial and neck cosmetic surgery played a significant role in her makeover. Therefore, we had several different consultations with her to understand what enhancements were necessary. We used a variety of methods, including computer generated before and after pictures, drawings and still photos to design the most optimal surgery for Cherie.
Cherie's surgery involved an endoscopic brow lift (for droopy eyebrows), rhinoplasty (nose job), lipoaugmentation (using natural fat tissue to sculpt the face), chin implant and neck platysmaplasty (creation of neckline). The main concern in Cherie's facial structure was the underdevelopment of the bones. Her narrow forehead and droopy eyebrows were corrected with an endoscopic brow lift. Her nose was improved with a rhinoplasty procedure. Some of the fat cells that were removed by Dr. Lussier during liposuction were prepared and inserted into Cherie's cheeks and lips to create a more balanced face. A chin implant was placed to correct her receded chin and to define the transition between her chin and neck. Lastly, a platysmaplasty was performed to create a neckline; this involved merging the neck muscles to smoothen the neck.
The most amazing part of this entire process is that one would never know what Cherie Brazeal underwent, as there are no visible scars. From my standpoint, the honor of working with our team to help Cherie achieve her goals was rewarding to the "extreme."
